1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the o789 platform, including the website located at o789.cam and all associated services, features and content made available therein (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by o789 ("o789", "we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must cease all use of the Platform immediately and close any account you have opened. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders, visitors and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" — the o789 website at o789.cam and all related services, features and content.
• "User" / "You" — any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the Platform.
• "Account" — the personal account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" — the total funds available in a User's Account, denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, free bets or other incentives credited to an Account pursuant to a promotion, subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" — the total amount a User must wager before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to operate or withdraw from an Account.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any territory in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Intellectual Property" — all trademarks, logos, software, design elements, content and other proprietary materials associated with the Platform.
• "Force Majeure" — any event beyond the reasonable control of o789, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks or network failures.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or your local law — whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts and automated entities are not permitted to hold Accounts.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your jurisdiction permits online gambling before registering.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, voluntary exclusion scheme or court order that restricts your participation in gambling activities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when registering or operating an Account.
• You must not have had a previous Account on the Platform closed or terminated for cause, unless o789 has expressly provided written consent for re-registration.

4 Account Registration

To access the services offered on the Platform, you must complete the registration process and open an Account. By submitting your registration details, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, current and not misleading in any respect.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. Opening duplicate Accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You agree to notify o789 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. o789 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

4.3 Accurate Information

All registration information, including your name, date of birth, address and payment details, must accurately reflect your true identity. Providing false, misleading or third-party information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.4 Account Currency

Where PKR (Pakistani Rupees) is selected as the Account currency, all displayed balances, transaction records, deposit amounts and withdrawal amounts will be denominated in PKR. Currency conversion, where applicable, will be applied at rates determined by the operator at the time of the transaction.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

o789 operates KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering (AML) controls and responsible gambling obligations. KYC verification may be required at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any other time at o789's reasonable discretion.

5.1 Required Documents

Verification documents typically required may include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — such as a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a current passport.
• Proof of residential address, where required by the operator.
• A selfie or liveness check photograph to confirm the identity document is held by the Account holder.
• Source of funds documentation where transaction volumes warrant additional review.

5.2 Document Integrity

You must only submit genuine, unaltered documents. Submitting falsified, obscured, edited or otherwise fraudulent identity documents is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. o789 reserves the right to report suspected document fraud to appropriate authorities.

5.3 Secure Submission

All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the operator's official, secure HTTPS verification portal. o789 will never request identity documents via unencrypted email, social media channels, third-party chat applications or any other unsecured channel.

6 Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You acknowledge and accept the following conditions of use:

• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to access, scrape, mirror or otherwise exploit the Platform or its content.
• You will not attempt to circumvent any security measure, access control, geolocation restriction or age-verification system implemented on the Platform.
• You will not engage in any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the Platform, including distributed denial-of-service attacks, data injection or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• You will not use the Platform for any money-laundering activity, terrorist financing or any other unlawful financial purpose.
• You will not transfer funds between Accounts or act as a payment intermediary for any other user of the Platform.
• You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that past results provide no indication of future outcomes. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income.

7 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the Platform are subject to the following general conditions. Users should consult the live cashier section of the Platform for currently supported payment methods, applicable minimum and maximum limits, fees and estimated processing timeframes, as these may change without prior notice.

7.1 Deposits

Deposits are processed according to the terms of the selected payment method and the operator's current cashier configuration. Familiar Pakistan payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are noted as context only — o789 does not represent that any of these providers permit gambling transactions, and availability in the live cashier may vary.

• Only funds belonging to the registered Account holder may be deposited. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made from cryptocurrency wallets (including BTC and USDT) are subject to blockchain confirmation times and applicable network fees.
• o789 reserves the right to reverse or decline any deposit that triggers AML or fraud-prevention controls.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification, a zero outstanding wagering requirement balance on any active bonus, and confirmation that the withdrawal method matches the funding source where applicable.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund the Account, or to a method approved by the operator following KYC review.
• Processing times stated in the cashier are estimates only. o789 does not guarantee specific withdrawal timelines and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• o789 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional incentives offered on the Platform are subject to their specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be cleared before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin may be restricted. Placing a wager exceeding the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute different percentages toward the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live dealer games and certain other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not completed within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap. Any winnings in excess of this cap will be removed at the time of withdrawal.

8.2 Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonuses

Sticky bonus funds remain as wagering credit only and cannot be withdrawn. Non-sticky bonus funds convert to real withdrawable cash upon satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement. The nature of each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.

8.3 Abuse and Misuse

o789 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void associated winnings and close an Account where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage wagering, use of automated tools or any other conduct that o789, at its sole discretion, determines constitutes misuse of promotional offers.

9 Sports Betting Rules

The following general sports betting rules apply to all wagers placed via the sports section of the Platform. Specific rules applicable to individual sports, market types and events may be published separately in the Platform's sports betting terms and are incorporated herein by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed and accepted by the Platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after acceptance unless expressly permitted by the applicable cash-out or early settlement feature.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation constitute the final agreed odds for that wager.
• o789 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by match-fixing, result manipulation, abandonment or any other circumstance that renders the outcome of the event unreliable.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to faster odds fluctuations. Users accept the risk of in-play bet placement and acknowledge that connectivity delays may result in bets being placed at odds different from those displayed.
• References to Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments or any other sporting event on the Platform are for contextual purposes only. o789 has no affiliation with, endorsement from, or partnership with PCB, PSL, ICC, or any team, club or sporting body.
• Maximum payout limits per event, market or sport may apply. These limits are published in the live sports section of the Platform.

10 Casino Games

All casino games available on the Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, table games, video poker and any other game category — are subject to the following conditions:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics conducted by professional dealers in real time.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-run figures calculated over millions of game rounds. They do not represent guaranteed returns within any single session or timeframe.

12 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant legal authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether using the same or different credentials.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion agreement, voluntary exclusion scheme or court order restricting gambling participation.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, result manipulation, insider trading or any activity that seeks to exploit non-public information for wagering advantage.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing or any other unlawful financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attack the Platform's software, infrastructure or security systems.
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any content, data or intellectual property associated with the Platform without express written authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour or abusive conduct toward o789 staff or other users.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, data compilations and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of o789 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, redistribution, sale, sublicensing, broadcast, public display or modification of any Platform content without the prior written consent of o789.

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you provide regarding the Platform may be used by o789 without any obligation of confidentiality, attribution or compensation to you.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, o789 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. o789 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of malicious code or fully compatible with all devices and network conditions.

o789 accepts no liability for losses attributable to Force Majeure events, actions of third-party payment providers, telecommunications failures, government actions, regulatory changes or any other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

15 Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage and processing of your personal data in connection with your use of the Platform is governed by the o789 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in full.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance and the delivery of platform services. Your data is not sold to third parties. Full details of data processing practices, data retention periods and your rights under applicable data protection law are set out in the Privacy Policy.

16 Amendments

o789 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice to users. Amended Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where a material change is made to the Terms, o789 may provide notice via the Platform or by email to the registered Account address.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept any amendment to the Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account and cease all use of the Platform.

17 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which o789 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

For users accessing the Platform from Pakistan: you are reminded that online gambling may be prohibited under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977. These Terms do not constitute a representation by o789 that gambling is lawful in Pakistan.
